Looks like you need to increase your Outline Overlap percentage by 5-10% (see Infill tab). I would also suggest increasing your Infill Extrusion Width by 50%, but when you do this, be sure to also double your infill percentage to maintain the same fill.

Finally, as another options, many people have printed beautiful versions of that model using vase mode. So you may also want to try that since it seems like it would work for this part. Read more here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1999

You might already know this tip. When you have a problem at the top of the model, don't waste time printing the whole model. Instead, drop the model below the build plate and just print the top portion as a test. Then you can try several solutions without wasting a lot of filament.

With the new models window, it's very easy to manipulate the model quickly.

what % was the infill? thats a smaller print and the feature will need good support to no get gaps right there. 30-35% would be good. lowering the layer height as well will make the steps each extrusion has to move over smaller.
