Unable to login to S3D account

Anyone else having trouble trying to login to their account ?
Been trying to login to download the new update but it says it can't find my email address yet it's the same one I registered and download the installation files with ??
I've emailed support but no resposne yet.

It uses your user name not your email.....unless yourbuser name is you email

It wouldn't take that either so I hit the forgot username button and entered my email to send a reset link but it didn't recognise my email address ???

try making a new account again. if your email address is in the system you will get an error saying someone already has taken that email.

Just noticed there's an upgrade account button which asks for your product key.
I'll try that when I get home tonight. Perhaps I need to upgrade my account before I can access any updates ??

Just recieved a reply from support recommending I do just that !

Downloading v3.0 just now.
