How to modify program folder paths?

I can't believe I can't figure this out and I can't find it mentioned here in the forum but how do you specify a custom path for the FFF profiles. I have about 50 from V2.2.2 and just installed V3. I can't seem to point V3 to my FFF profile folder. Somehow I told V2.2.2 where it was as they are all there.

I don't recall but it could be that V2.2.2 list just got populated automatically as I opened each new profile over time. But, I don't what to have to individually open each of the 50 profiles to get V3 to see them.

Is there a way to specify a path in V3 so it can see all the profiles I have in a custom folder?

They have a nice tutorial that explains how to import your old profiles here: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/version-3-0-faqs/

However, be aware that old profiles may be missing a lot of the new 3.0 settings. You may be better off starting with a fresh new profile from the configuration assistant and then merging changes into that.

It's easy copying profiles from 2.2.2 to 3.0.........simply run both versions of the software side by side and manually copy the settings from one profile edit window to the other.

It might be a bind to do....but it helps you review your profiles as you transfer them!

if you have your fff files in a folder somewhere on your computer then you need to make sure your process window is closed then goto file/import. if the process window is open you cant do it.
