S3D 3.0 on Mac observation

Just a quick observation with the latest S3D 3.0 on Mac OSX 10.9.5. When you import a model within the application your STL is imported and you see it centered on the bed. But, if you import a second model, the first model disappears. If you then click the "Prepare to Print" screen button, you then see both models.

If you drag and drop multiple models from a folder on your desktop to the S3D table view, all your models are displayed as normal. The problem only appears to be with when you click the Import button within the S3D application.

I think what's actually happening is that your second model is being placed on top of the first. For example, after importing the second model, what happens if you click Center and Arrange? You should also keep in mind that there is a checkbox beside each model. If you uncheck it, it will hide the model. So be careful that both parts are checked so that they are visible.

Yes I thought that same thing as well. But for me, it is certainly gone. First STL is much larger then the second STL so you would think if it stacked on top of each other that you would see both centered on the table. Not the case for me. Also, I agree that being mindful of the check boxes is important.

Could just be me and maybe my OSX version. I have asked around and haven't heard other Mac users having the same issue. Just figured I would throw it out there in case someone else was scratching their head.

My workaround right now is just to drag and drop files.

I even tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting before and after install, etc...

This is what happens for me as well. In v2.2 it would do the auto-arrange very time you imported a new version, but v3.0 just drops the models on top of each other, forcing the user to click to auto-arrange.
