Issues with single permiter prints

This issue has been ongoing for some time. It's possible I am missing a setting, but thin walled objects that would consist of one layer do not slice properly.

You'll notice that some of the geometry is omitted from the print gcode.

If your extrusion width(set in the Extruder tab of the Process Settings) is smaller than the wall of the part, then this happens.

I would recommend lowering your extrusion width slightly. Some profiles have the extrusion width set to thicker than the nozzle diameter, which is good for most prints. However, for thin walled prints, you would want to lower the extrusion width to your nozzle diameter (maybe even .01, .02 mm) smaller if that would help with the slicing. This may take a few iterations of changing the extrusion width and settings to see what works in the Gcode previewer.
