S3D printing problems

hi
i have a big problem with S3D releas 3
when i try to print a piece seems thar randomly the motor loose some steps, i have controlled all the mechanics but after some test with same resultsi have tried to downgrade the software
i have printe the same object with release 2.2.2 and , as usual , everyting goes great
i have tried with same printer, same object but release 3.0 and no way the motors seems to loose steps(expecially on y axis)

any idea?

p.s. the printer is home made ( well it is like ultimaker)

Try slowing down the speed by 50%. Does the skipping go away?
