How To Reduce Trace Blobs From Support Travel Moves?

I'm getting some small bits of PLA on the main surface of my print where the extruder moves from the outline end position (rear middle) to the supports (front middle). Is there a way to tell S3D to use a different path to get from the end of each outline to the start of the supports to avoid this? Or possibly I should increase retraction values? What is interesting is I'm running the same print on two of the SAME model printers (Dremel Idea Builder) using same brand PLA and only one of them seems to be having an issue.

Hmm.. I haven't seen that with the Dremel on PLA, but you might want to try a higher retraction distance like you said. If you're only seeing it one of of your 2 printers though, it may likely be caused by something else (maybe hardware or plastic differences?)

sure, one spool of filament could have some moisture in it.

both were from same shipment and have been vacu-sealed and then in an airtight bin with desiccant. Nonetheless I will try swapping the spools out next time I run prints to see if the results are indeed inverted :)

That being said, is there any way to force the travel moves to NOT cross through the completed outlines to begin support extrusion? I know it would add time to the printing but that would be a great option.

Ok, just found this new feature in list from V3.0 . Need to install and try tonight!

I have another print running now with Wipe and Coast options checked. So for it's looking much cleaner!
