v3.0.0 windows 64 bit - crash when entering temperature plot

the app crashes/hangs when i enter temperature plot in the machine control panel.
i just recently upgraded to 3.0.0

Works fine for me on Win64! Why don't you include your crash log? If you don't know how to do this, this was the first link on google:

Yup works for me as well. I have had a couple crashes in prob the 100 slices or prints i have done but nothing having to do with the temp controller. Thats worked fairly flawlessly for me on both oc and mac. As joe said, get the crash report and send it in.

ok well, that's nice... but...
why would this happen, I was hoping to get some direction from the smoothie support team.

I've never heard of this happening to anyone... so you probably aren't going to find much advice. Perhaps it's a graphics driver issue?

And I'm not sure why the "smoothie support team" would help here...

this "feature" happens to me too. temp plot works when the printer is not connected, but as soon as i plug it in, s3d hangs. tried to solve it with tech support, but they just said not to use temperature plot.
