Multiple Computers & OSs?

I have multiple computers, and in fact multiple OSs on one. How is licensing handled for this?

I assume you have to activate every new install (judging from your account migration video). What happens if you go out of business?

I believe you are allowed up to two activations at once and then if you ever want to activate another one you can easily deactivate one of your old activations.

You're not limited to a particular OS either.
