Rostock Max V2 print won't start

As per the recommendation of Simplify3D I emailed tech support first about this issue. It has been over 3 days and I have not received a response. I am disappointed that I haven't heard back. This software comes with a premium price tag and I feel I should receive premium technical support.

Anyway here some details.
I am a veteran 3-D printer with more than four years experience currently owning five machines. I have tried every slicer program available for free. Looking for better solutions I decided to try simplify3D. I purchased the software and have been trying to use it with my flagship machine a SeeMe CNC Rostock Max V2. This printer is modified and finely calibrated. I use OctoPrint to wireless upload my gcode files to the SD. I believe simplify3D is waiting for the printer to heat. I have deselected the option to have the printer wait until the heat stabilizes. It just homes and waits. I preferred to preheat and set my temperatures manually as I have done in all my other slicing software. I downloaded simplify3D v 3.0 for windows x64. In other programs I have zeroed out the heat setting but with simplify3D it actually set the temperature to zero.

Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

I would try emailing to follow up, or ensuring that it didn't go to your spam/was blocked by your domain.

Also, if you can post a gcode file, that'd be very helpful.

Re: Rostock Max V2 print won't start

Look under settings -> scripts, and remove the offending statement from the starting script, like wise, on the ending script, remove the gcode setting your temps back to 0.
