how to get the whole Build print

Hi, I ve got a problem i don t have the whole build print on my creatr HS with simplify 3.0. It s stuck at 21 cms and normally it s 26 cms. I ve change general option / Machine at 26 but it s the same. Don t know what to do.

Click Edit Process Settings-->Gcode tab-->Machine Defintion section, then change it there. My thoughts are that you're changing the build size in the General Options, then that's getting overwritten.
