Duplicate Printing with Multiple Extruders

Hi folks,
Loving the new features I haven't tried them all yet but the "align selected model origins" feature is a god send for re aligning stl files exported from a single model for multiple material or manufacturing process allocation purposes. Its exactly what I wanted when I discussed the topic with your support guys by email, but implemented in a much more efficient manner than I could have ever thought of.

Next question, looking at making multiple small part production more efficient, is there a way to get the second print head to mirror the moves on my primary head so that I can create two small duplicate parts in parallel? I assume it'd just require replicating the moves for the left head to the right, and some form of visualisation and part size / placement management within the front end would be useful to reduce the likelihood of simultaneously printed parts overlapping.

Any thoughts??

What you are referring to is called Ditto Printing. It would be enabled on a Firmware level, and then it would just extrude/retract on both extruders whenever one extruder is extruding/retracting. It isn't something that is done through the slicer though, it would need to be a command sent to the printer to enable Ditto Printing, if the printer firmware supports it.

Having checked my Duplicator 4s it has a ditto firmware setting so I'll be giving it a try.
