[SOLVED] 3.0 Extruder Temperature resets to 0 Degrees after

After setting the extruder temperature and successfully printing an object the setting is lost and returns to zero after a period of inactivity or when the program is closed and later restarted. I have set the temperature in the Process Settings -> Temperature box and also in the Machine Control Panel (Extruder -> Set). The old version of the software stored/retained the setting between printing sessions, Version 3.0 does not. Any suggestions?

In addition to this, when starting a new print in this condition the Extruder temp is not set so the print never starts. It is necessary to set the extruder temp and then start the print, this should not be required.
