yes holes like that are from running too hot and or your infill is not printing clean. turn down your temp 5 deg. for your infill, you can either increase your infill extrusion width to around 140% or change to an infill pattern that prints on every layer. bring you outline overlap down as well. no need to have that so high. 10-20% is fine. the higher the infill extrusion width the higher you need that overlap setting.
