Is there any chance on showing the current Extruding speeds? maybe on the MCP next to the Current Pos? this would be an excellant addition to your software.
Most CNC Controllers have this feature, it's helpful to know how fast the printing speeds are in real time. Just in case your "processes" wernt set correctly, you then could use the "override" settings to get to the right speed.
Right now you can't tell how fast the printing really is.....

One little thing to note here - the firmware has several functions that can actually override the speed that is sent via gcode. So for example, you might send F3000, but one of the firmware overrides might kick and and reduce that to F2500.
Things like acceleration, max speed, real time modifiers, etc all have an affect.
