It would be good to have support for printers with cameras to allow for better monitoring. It would also be nice to have some kind of mobile app or remote access site to allow users to push gcode to a printer with a failing print. Repetier host does something similar but doesn't allow pushing gcode, it only lets you know your print is failing. Being alerted to a problem and being able to shut down the print remotely would save a lot of time, money and filament.
I also have a small SLS printer, I'm not sure how many others would find it useful but there really many programs for SLS except those marketed towards industrial scale applications. SLS support would be nice, but is probably something that would be enough work to be a paid Add-in.
