I'm not able to print this object with S3D 3.0.1: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13505
S3D almost prints nothing when using nozzle diameter and extrusion width of 0.4mm Even when both set to 0.2 and single Outline I got holes With Makerware everything is OK What can I do? Bug?

It's because the software can't print walls that are thinner than the extrusion width that you specify.
An easy fix for this part would be to go to the Advanced tab and enable the option called "merge all outlines into a single solid model". This will make your thin walled part completely solid instead of hollow. Then just go the Layer tab and tell it to do 1 perimeter outline with 0 top and bottom solid layers. You should also set the infill percentage to zero.
Another bonus of doing it this way is that you could also enable the "single outline corkscrew printing mode" on the Layer tab to avoid any layer change marks (otherwise known as vase mode).

i tried that model a long time ago and i know the walls are far too thin to print. razster is spot on with his advise. merge with a single perimeter is definitely the way to go.
