Show Wait or Busy cursor performing long operation
When the software does something that takes a long time - like writing out a very large GCode file or performing a lengthy Repair function - it would be helpful if the screen cursor changed to the Wait or Busy one, and then back to the normal cursor when done. That way we could tell when the operation was finished.
