Two model, two extruder ... how align object ?

He,
i've a prusa with two extruder and i can print using two colors but mine problem is that i import two stl file and after i need move manually until i align perfectly.
In repetier there is a function that do this automatically.
How i can do this in simplicy ?
Two stl for example:

Yes, i allready saw that.
But if u use the align it do not work with my examples attached first.
Can you try ?

I downloaded both the files you attached, imported them into S3D, selected both of them (Ctrl-A), and went to Edit > Align Selected Model Origins. It aligned them perfectly. Are you doing something different?

I only put the cut in the plane (in the bottom).
