Control Panel extruder override vs. extrusion multiplier
Does the flowrate adjustment on the extruder tab do the same calculations as the dial on the control panel? I've had issues where I needed to lower the dial down to 50% to improve print quality with PLA. I'd like to translate that adjustment to the actual profile so that I can reset the dial.

Yes, I believe the "extrusion multiplier" on the Extruders tab of your process settings has the same affect as the extrusion override knob in the Machine Control Panel.
