Having To Set Printer 3D Model Display Everytime

Hi all, this may seem like a trivial complaint, but each time i restart S3D i have to go back into options and re-load the STL file that displays my printer model. Is there a way to set this permanently? Its useful to quickly check print orientation and actually becomes quite a PITA when using the program frequently. I have even had instances where the model disappears after returning from Print Preview to the normal model screen and vice versa.

Finally found a bodge for it elsewhere on the forum, shouldn't have to go that way about it tbh.
