Re: Bad quality in TOP / LAST layers

solid cubes dont tell you too much. you need to do a thin wall cube. in advanced tab check "merge all outlines into solid model", set infill to 0, top and bottom layers 0. perimeter walls 2. when done measure the thickness of the wall. it should measure 2x your extrusion width setting. if its smaller then our under extruding and need to up your multiplier.

Re: Bad quality in TOP / LAST layers

you're still under-extruding. If you have gaps between your perimeters and gap in your top solid layers, then you need to increase your extrusion multiplier.

When i switch to ABS i have the next problem: Top layers is ROUGH. This photo is with 1.00 extrusion multiplier. With 0.9 extrusion multiplier i can see little gaps between lines. So i have to play between 0.9 and 1.0 ?
Yes. Definitely adjust between .9 and 1.0 for the extrusion multiplier. On my machine .02 makes quite a difference.

Re: Bad quality in TOP / LAST layers

Now im seeing problems in all my prints. The wavy lines are everywhere. I'm getting upset cause i didn't change nothing...

Problems:

1- Horrible top layers
2- Wavy Lines

I'm doing this and ill update with photos
Maybe wavy lines are caused by under extruding?

Well if you didn't change anything and the prints suddenly look very different, then you probably have an extruder or machine issue that you need to sort out. If the same gcode file prints differently, then someone with the machine has changed.

Re: Bad quality in TOP / LAST layers

I agree with JoeJ. If nothing has changed in the slice settings, then it point to a mechanical issue or extruder issue. Might be some loose belts or screws. Check with the manufacturer for maintenance procedures or check all the screws or anything that may have become loose from use.
