layer height info in the tool change script

Hi,

I want to mount a whipe "rubber flap" on my printbed, meaning I want the bed to drop "x" mm minus the hight of the current layer, and after the wipe return to the current layer hight.

Is there some way to know the current layer height while in the tool change script?
Is there some way to use a variant or fill a variant with the layer height or count?
Is it possible to do simple caculations on a variants in the tool change script (like LAYER = LAYER +1) ?
