here are some strange things I would like changed in simplify 3D the new 3.01 version
- when I launch a print preparation it always selects all materials.. so I have to unselect all and reselect what i want
( it could also remember the material I selected in the list and also the models that are active instead of having to select them also in the material..)

It sounds like you're keeping a running list of processes rather than using print profiles. Please see this post (viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3131). If you are using print profiles to save your print settings, then you'd actually want Simplify3D to select all processes by default.
