printing fine detail

Trying to print very fine detail. Have tried using the Layer option in my FFF Settings I use the Primary layer height from the default .1000 mm
to .500 mm. Then on the Other tab I changed the default printing speed from 2400 mm to 1200 mm. The settings improved the figure but
still the detail was lacking.

The figure I'm trying to reproduce is 40 mm tall . The file is a .OBJ file that was created from DAZ Studio then run through Blender.

Any help on settings to improve this would be great.

Can you post pictures of the .1 mm and .05 mm prints?
