heated Bed not over 110 degree

I have an ctc Replicator Dual and the Heated Bed Temp is lower than 110 degree i need to head up the Temp at 130 degree, but simplify 3d can't. whatever i make the Temp goes to 110 Degree

check the g-code file produced to ensure that the g-code contains a set point for 130 , if it's in the g-code your machien may not be able to heat up to 130
