Has anyone else had problems with the time to print estimator? I just did a .1mm print with 75% fast honeycomb infill. The estimated time was 1 hour and 44 minutes, it actually took 3 hours and 15 minutes. That is a lot more than the estimate. I had to quit the print as I had to leave the house on an errand for a friend. I would never have started the print if I knew it was going to take so long. Is there something that I am doing wrong, or does the estimator need to be worked in with a future feature? (try saying that really fast 3 times).

Many people have this problem, and it's been discussed in this forum several times. Try searching next time before starting a new thread.
The problem with time estimates is that in addition to being dependent on the complexity and size of the model you're printing, they are heavily dependent on some things S3D can't know about, like the acceleration and jerk settings in your firmware. S3D does a best guess, but will frequently be wrong. Myself, I logged the estimated and actual print time for about 100 prints I did ranging from a few minutes to over a dozen hours and came up with average error that I could apply for that particular printer. It's still frequently wrong, but it's closer than the S3D estimate.

I did do the research in the forum. I failed to see any of the posts that actually offered a solution to the problem. When I use Repetier to do my slicing, it is quite close to the actual time it takes to do a print. So, I did a post to see what might be done for this. Just looking for an answer to a problem.
