Mbot3d Cube 1 Issues

I have the above listed printer and purchased simplify3d under the assumption that the printer works with it, after spendin $149 im dissapointed to say it doesnt work, it just sits there stuch on preheating even though its at temperature. its highly annoying can anyone help?

My friend has this same printer. He's been using S3D with it for almost a year and it works fine. My guess would be that you have something wrong in your profile.

Can you post your factory file (file > save factory file)?
