How do you change the extruding temperature of the whole print? I see how to change the temperature of an individual layer, but was wonder how to change the overall extrusion temperature of ABS?

In most of the profiles I've seen, there is only one temperature setpoint. For example, setting the extruder to 190C at layer 1. In that case, since there are no other setpoints, the temperature will stay at 190C for the entire remainder of the print.
So to answer your question, just edit the setpoint temperature for layer 1, and then that temperature will be used for the entire print.
