Please improve the machine controls and implement features like Repetier Host. I like the fact in Repetier Host the fan can be controlled by a percentage. A button turns the fan on and off instead of a slider which give no indication what speed it is at. The temperature graphs are also lacking in Simplify3d. I like Repetier's version which shows the duty cycles and auto zooming. A bug in Simplify3d allows you to drive passed the soft limits crashing the head into end stops. For example the head will stop at the positive soft limit (set in firmware) but the position readout can show a distance further than actually traveled if the jog control is pressed again. This is a problem because if told to go back to 0,0 the head will crash into limit switches. A finer jog movement would be beneficial for manual leveling. Please observe how well Repetier Host laid out the machine controls. Other than the machine controls Simplify3D is perfect.
In conclusion
- percentage fan control with one button start and stop
-improved temperature graphs with duty cycle percentages
-fix bug allowing the position readout to go passed the soft limits
-finer Z movements jog controls
