Vertical lift not working

Now hopefully this is not something I have stuffed up, Earlier this week I was doing some ABS prints and playing with the vertical lift and got some really good results (Bowden setup).
So yesterday I thought I might have a play with some PLA I had sitting around, hadn't used any for about 6 months and I found something that suited very well. Problem is that now the ''retraction vertical lift" does not work. I have put in setting all the way to 6mm and nothing is happening.
I have played with all of the ooze control behaviors with no success, have I done something wrong.

I did play a previous print and the lifts still worked so I must have stuffed something up.

Re: Vertical lift not working

Well post your factory file so we can see what settings you are using (file > save factory file)

Vertical lift will only happen after a retraction (since it makes a big mess otherwise!), so my guess is that you aren't retracting in some places, which is why you aren't seeing the lift.

Re: Vertical lift not working

Ok I have attached the factory file, this is what I was using for my tests.

Thanks for any help.

Re: Vertical lift not working

You only set vertical lift for the Left Extruder. The vertical lift for your Right Extruder is 0.0 (i.e. none). So go to the Extruders tab and click Right Extruder on the list to the left to edit the settings for that extruder.

Wow, haha that is pretty bad. Yep that'll be what it is, I should open a window and get some fresh air, think the fumes are getting to me lol.

Cheers for being a second set of eyes  :D
