Printing problem on Flash Forge Creator pro

Hi to all,

Recently I started having a problem on my printing. The final product should be something like a vase but the wall doesn't attached to the lower section and sticks to extruder. What can be causing this? My printing pad is not in good quality. Can this be the reason? I tried to level the plate to see if that was the reason but it looks was not.

Picture attached.

Thanks in advance

Gabriel

Are you using a raft? If so, then your problem may just be that the first layer of your part isn't sticking to the raft.

If that is the case, my first suggestion would be to stop using a raft ;) A brim works much better.

If for some reason you absolutely have to use a raft, then go to the Additions tab and decrease the raft separation distance until the first layer starts sticking better to the raft.

I'm using a raft but after the raft I got 4 successful layers and then the wall problem. Can this be caused by the raft?

Joe,

Also if you look on the simplify screen on the left side of product inside there are some lines inside the wall where should be a vase. This is not on project. Simplify added? If yes how I remove? Thanks.

Those lines are travel movements. You can uncheck "Travel moves" on the left side if you don't want to see them.

Try using a lower layer height and lowering your first layer speed. I would also get rid of the raft just to be sure. It's not needed if you properly level the printer.
