Taz 5 Dual Extruder Fan Control

I have a Lulzbot Taz 5 with the 0.5 mm Dual Extruder.

I have the Dually Cooly 10 installed for dual extruder cooling.

In S3D, when I set any per layer fan controls, it seems to only be applying them to the rear extruder fan.

To control Fan 1 use (rear)
M106 Sxxx

And to control Fan 2 use (front)
M106 P1 Sxxx

Is there any way to get S3D to also control the front extruder fan?

I can bring up the machine control panel while doing a print over usb, and send M106 P1 Sxxx.

But I would like to be able to do it in S3D with per layer controls.

If it were me, I would just add the following to the "additional commands for post-processing" section on the Scripts tab

{REPLACE "M106 S0" "M106 S0\nM106 P1 S0"}
{REPLACE "M106 S255" "M106 S0\nM106 P1 S255"}

If you are using other setpoints besides full power (S255) and off (S0), just make sure to add those lines. Then S3D will automatically add the commands for you
