Config Assistant not working

running mac 10.10.15
updated to S3D 3.0.2
config asst does not work.

"Unable to retrieve profiles from server" -- is anyone else having this problem?

i've had this for about a month now. i have contacted support about this multiple times - i thought the update would have fixed it.

Works fine for me. Maybe your network or firewall isn't allowing the software to access the internet.

I would just email their support team if you need a specific profile.

does anyone know how to allow specific outgoing connections?

i tried allowing incoming in my firewall settings that did not do anything.
