Flashforge Creator - Heat bed temperature not holding

Hi,

with ReplicatorG, my Flashforge Creator heat bed stays at 115 C throughout the print, with Simplify3D, it heats to 115 C but starts dropping as soon as the print starts. It will usually drop to near room temperature before the print is finished.

Anyone also using Flashforge Creator with Simplify3D care to share their settings, starting scripts, etc? BTW I'm printing via SD card.

Can you post your factory file? (File > Save Factory File)

This doesn't happen for me with the stock profiles that S3D profiles, but you may have changed something. It's also possible that you have the firmware temperature overrides enabled. Those will override anything that the software tries to do.

I'm not sure where you got your starting gcode... Have you tried the stock FlashForge Creator profiles that are already provided by Simplify3D? Those work fine already and handle all the heating easily.

I would suggest either using that profile or at least using the starting script from that profile since yours is quite different and won't work properly.
