Help. Rep2x 3-1 extruder upgrade and PetG

I can't for the life of me get successful prints with petg, s3d, using 3-1 extruder upgrade on my rep 2x. Can anyone share some advice, and/or their settings?

I've tried everything. I've tried turning off retraction, raising lowering amounts etc. After a few minutes of printing i get the dreaded clicking, and the filament stops feeding properly

i've cleaned the nozzle; i've tried both springs included. Full compression, little compression. Always the same result.

Sounds like you are printing with a temperature to low. Try to raise that 10 degrees and look if flows better through the nozzle.
I print around the 240 for best result.

Maybe also lower the default printing speed. If you try to extruder too much plastic too quickly, this can also cause clicking extruder issues.

I have not printed with PetG, but if it has similar print characteristics as PLA then you won't be able to print it with the stock 2X extruder cooling block. I had to install this to print PLA, maybe the same issue with PetG.
