Hi all,
I just finished building my Cobblebot Beast and I've done the first couple of test prints. I'm trying to streamline the use and I notice a few features that S3D provides for my Makerbot 2X are not available for the Cobblebot.
Specifically "Auto-Configure Extruders" which is a hugely useful feature isn't available for my Cobblebot. The Cobblebot doesn't currently have an entry in the Configuration Assistant so I had to choose "Other" and setup the parameters myself.
Is there any way for me to enable these missing features manually OR is there a similar configuration assistant profile that I can use as a starting point? The Cobblebot is running on Arduino with the latest Marlin firmware and Ramps 1.4.

That just means that your profile doesn't include those options. If you setup the profile on your own, that's to be expected.
Go to File > Export FFF Profile and save both your Rep 2X and Cobblebot profiles to your hard drive. Then open the files in a text editor. I'm sure you will notice the differences, but if you need a hint, look for the <autoConfigureExtruder> tags
You can then edit your cobblebot profile to add the options you want, save it, and File > Import FFF Profile to load it back into software.

Oh good! I didn't think the profiles were human editable and I was looking for an option in the GUI. That makes a lot of sense thanks!
