Davinci Duo Fan Control

Can the fan for each extruder in a Davinci Duo be controlled independently via Simplify? It seems with the existing Simplify3D interface it's not an option—the existing fan control setting only controls one of the extruder fans. Is this something that would have to be scripted?

I thought the fans on the da Vinci were extruder fans, not cooling fans. The extruder fans are used to keep the extruder drive system from overheating, so they are different than an external cooling fan that is used to cool your print. The extruder fans are controlled automatically by the firmware, and only turn on once the extruder starts getting warm enough.

So as far as I know, I don't think the da vinci has external coolings fans that you can control like you said
