bed temp don't go up to 120°

Hello
I tried to contact the support but they do not answer so I'm trying here :(
When I setup a process with a temperature greater than 120° the Machine control panel fix it to 120° and never warm it up more.
Does someone already experienced this kind of issue and how may I solve it. I'm trying to warm the bed around 130°
Thanks

I don't think there's anything in the software that would prevent you from heating to 130C. Much more likely that your firmware has a max temp limit and is overriding your settings.

Re: bed temp don't go up to 120°

Hello
Actually I can change it by hand in the control panel even during the preheat sequence.
It worked few days ago but not anymore...
I already tried the 'reset to factory' but still the same
I will try to totally reinstall the software.

Thanks

Re: bed temp don't go up to 120°

Again, there's nothing in the software that is going to stop it from reaching that temperature. So either you are sending your printer the wrong command, or there's something on the machine/firmware that is stopping it from reaching that temp.

So let's make it really simple. Post your gcode file here. That way we can verify if the command it's sending is correct. If it is, then the only thing left to look at is the machine itself.
