What Can I Adjust To Get This Right?

I am trying to print a glasses frame. Printing with PLA @ 205 c with 55 c bed. Printing at 0.2 mm layers. My current profile/process works with all of my printouts but it failed when it comes to small parts like the pictures below. Below are how it looked like fresh after the printing is done.

Then I tried again with now playing with some settings like Coast at End, increasing my Retraction Distance & tick the Print islands sequentially without optimization. The outcome is again anothe failed print. I can't upload more than 3 attachments. I'll try uploading them when the Mods approve my post.

Ah looks like I can just post without needing to wait for the Mods to approve mine. So here is how the printouts looked like with some settings applied.

Print 10 degrees lower, slow down the speed, and set your cooling fan at max at the end layers!

I am printing at 205 c so I need to tune it down to 195 when it comes to those parts then. When you say slow my speed down, do I need to manually slow then down when it comes to those parts or just set it slow at the process settings? Fans? Well those are at max for sure.

The best thing to do would be to post your factory file (Settings>Save Factory File as..) ....then someone will be able to advise you better.
