Lines on the Side of Print

Hi,
I'm trying to get good results with my mankati full scale plus and simplify3d.
But I always got those lines on the side of the print (every 4. layer):

I already tried:
-Different temperatures (nGen filament)
-Coast at End (1-2mm)
-Wipe Nozzle (1-2 mm)
-Force retraction between layers
-different filament

But with no success. The second cube was printed with MankatiUM with default profile, the result was not good but no lines.

Thanks for the help!

Re: Lines on the Side of Print

Try grouping all your start points towards a specific location (see the Layer tab). That has helped me.

There's other suggestions for this issue here: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/prin ... e-of-print

I will try changing the starting point.

For the troubleshooting guide:
- It cant be inconsistent extrusion because i changed the filament and i had the same problem
- It cant be temperature: because i changed the temperature and the temperature is stable
- It cant be mechanical: because with MankatiUM i don´t have this problem

It looks like the infill pattern 'shines through'. Are you printing a solid infill layer each x layers? That could be responsible for the horizontal lines, if a thin wall is being used, say only one or two shells.

No I don´t print a solid infill each x layers.

I couldn't find a solution but the problem doesn't occur when I use a small layer height (0,1). The Problem was only with 0,2 mm an not with 0,1 or 0,15 mm.
