Dual extrusion question

Quick question i can't seem to find the answer to.

If you have one STL file can you tell simplify to switch to a different extruder at a certain layer or hight? Or do i need to cut the file with Netfab and reload both STL files?

Sure, you just use the start/stop printing at height options on the Advanced tab. You can actually change any setting you want for different sections of the print (not just the extruder that is used).
