printer pauses as it prints 2-10 seconds at a time.

Hello, I have a Kossel Mini Delta printer running Marlin.

I have been using Slic3r without any problems for the past 2 years and now I decided to give Simplify3D a try.
My problem is whenever I print any gcode generated by Simplify3D the printer freezes after each new command. For example before it starts the skirt it will freeze for 10 seconds, then when starting the print it will freeze for another 2 seconds. It will print a whole layer just find but then freeze again.

If I generate the same model with Slic3r it will print without a problem.

I have no idea what is happening but I am ready to pull my hair out. I have tried changing almost every setting but nothing is helping, Has anyone heard of this problem at all?

Well you can pretty easily compare the gcode files from different programs in a text editor to look for any massive differences. However, the first thing I would do is try printing both gcode files from the 2 programs using different methods. Put them both on the SD card. Or stream them both using the same software, just to remove that variable.

try carls suggestion first just to see whats going on there. are you running windows 10 by any chance?
