S3D settings for Fabtotum 3D Printer

Hi,
I own a Fabtotum 3D Printer.
The manufacturer so far only released a Cura profile.
I tried as best I could to transfer the settings to S3D. But the print result is different and less good than from Cura.

Anyone own a Fabtotum and has a working profile?

Here is what I am talking about for example:

Cura:

S3D:

The edges from S3D are not good and clean with Cura.

Any ideas?

Next I will test something with details.

Hmm... from the pictures, the S3D one actually looks better to me! Either way, I would make sure to calibrate your retraction settings and make sure you are using the same number of outline perimeters. Those can both have a big impact on the quality of the outer perimeters.

HI 3DPrintEvangelist

I own a Fabtotum, do you find a suitable setting yet?

Hi Peter!

If you've got working settings, I'd love to have them, please!

Thank you!
