Damaged Mesh?

I'm having issues getting y software to translate my STL correctly. Everything looks fine until I get the print preview and I see that parts are missing. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

They explain this exact same scenario on their website. Read this: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/prin ... ng-printed

And to complement Carl's reply, see this thread in the Feature Request section of the forum:

What you're seeing is a feature of Simplify3D that some users are not happy with.....and a suggested enhancement has been made that would make the software even more flexible.
