usb printing with Melzi

i have been trying to get simplfy3d to print in usb mode,, since one printer i have has no lcd and the sd port is in the control box and hard to get in and out..

i connect ok,, and i can control all the functions with the jog controls and the bed and extruder heat up fine.. but when i go to print by usb.. it starts it say it is warming the bed and it does heat the bed,, but them that is all it stops right there every time.. even when the temp reaches the correct point for a long time..

can a melzi person help me out with some setting to try ,, the printer works fine in repertier, and meshmixer and master control and all the others just not this one,, the one i paid for humm

Can you post the communication log from the Machine Control Panel? Just copy and paste the entire thing into a text file or something and attach it here. That will make it very easy to see why the print is not progressing.
