Infill speed at perimeter

This is from the "Print Quality Troubleshooting Guide":
Gaps Between Infill and Outline
Printing too fast
The infill for your part is generally printed much faster than the outlines. However, if the infill is printed too fast, it will not have enough time to bond to the outline perimeters.
If this is true, would it not make sense to make the short moves at the perimeter much slower than the long infill moves?

Re: Infill speed at perimeter

I think it's due to the speed that you quickly move away from the perimeters. So I don't think changing just those small connecting segments would help. I think you would need to slow down ALL the infill segments (which is what the default speed options do anyways)
