Bed level before extruder heats up

I was trying to find a way to bed level before the extruder heats up, it seams that the heating of both the bed and extruder happen automatically as opposed to being in the g-code. This is so my extruder doesn't melt through my buildtak.

If you want to customize where the preheating happens, you just have to use the [extruder0_temperature] variable in your starting script. For example

G28
M109 S[extruder0_temperature]

That will home then nozzle, and THEN preheat the extruder.
