Object disappears when prepare to print

Hi Everyone
sometimes when I load a object into simplify3d they look fine but when I prepare to print it disappears or partially disappears
any ideas?

Perhaps you can attach a sample factory file so that someone else can try?

Can you attach the FACTORY FILE? That's much better than just the STLs

Setup everything and then right before you click "Prepare to Print", go to File > Save Factory File.

On the Advanced tab, you currently have it set to START printing at 35mm. Your models are much shorter than that, thus there is nothing to print.

Disable the "start printing at height" option and it will slice fine.

That part is wayy too thin for your nozzle. You can't print a 0.2mm thick wall with a 0.4mm nozzle.
