Simplify3D freezes on start up

When i run S3D it will freeze it freezes for first 10 to 20 seconds ,i tried fresh install with no luck ,installed on diferent disk still same problem.

Any ideas?

But it still opens just fine after 10-20 seconds? Has it always been like that on your computer or did it just start happening?

It runs fine after those 20 seconds ,its just a bit annoying to wait for it to go responsive. It didnt freeze when i first installed it but its been happening for several months and i finaly had anaugh and figure i'd ask here.
